Our client, a trading company based in Switzerland, is looking for a HR Assistant to join the team.

You will be responsible for managing all day to day HR activity, including on- and off-boarding process employee and payroll

First point of contact for employees who have questions concerning contracts, insurance, pension fund, etc.

Conducting entry meetings with new hires in order to explain company culture and tools

Maintaining the HR employee database

Ensuring information provided to managers and colleagues regarding the policies and procedures

Write interim and final work certificates

Responsible for office management duties (verify the invoices, be in contact with the suppliers)

Fantastic institution based in Geneva

Permanent employment in a dynamic and well established company

Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Swiss Federal Certificate in HR

Trading working experience needed

Fluent in English and French, Portuguese is a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
