Office assistant - m/f - 100%

Our client is a financial company.

Greet and welcome guests

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office and deals with various inquiries

Book and prepare logistics for in-house meetings and business lunches

Receive, record, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/couriers

Frank mails and take care of the cash journal in the company's system

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Check and improve invoices

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Support the Office Manager for event organization (on and off site events), invoice processing, new comers on boarding

Provide support to the different departments and directors : admin duties, travel arrangement, expenses reports

Set up calls and webinars

You are fluent or even bilingual in English & French

You have a previous experience in the hospitality industry or in a similar role

You have:a previous experience in hospitality or in a similar role in a fast paced environmentstrong organizational skills and attention to detailsadministrative skills

You are:fluent or bilingual both in French and English, written and spokenhighly client-service orientedmultitasking, full of initiatives, organized, efficient and flexiblea team player
