Assessment: Having spent less than a year in CA, my balance is lean. The company came to know a deep overhaul internally and it felt on teams. Side work, new projects was launched so there was what to do!

Skills obtained: Analysis of data, project management, group work, communication and support to the network analysis and redesign of internal procedures.

The positives: A good technical and human experience, where they let me my chance.

The negatives: An atmosphere mixed with a lot of new blood that joined the team.
Corporate culture was reworking and turned to a certainly younger culture.
On the side of management, tools for management of proximity were put in places but were underutilized in my case.

A Business Council: Like all banks: less bureaucracy and more fun!
